Fabiola's Restaurant has been serving the Wellington and surrounding communities since 1997. We serve authentic Mexican food using traditional family recipes.
Founded by Leticia and Jose Medina, and three years later taken over by Leticia's sister Maria, and her husband Narciso Garcia.
Family is very important to us, and we love to treat our customers like they are our family!
